After spending the last several years working in Miami for a highly recognized real estate development and brokerage company, Andrew decided to start his own company dedicated to the Kansas City area. In addition to Marvel Properties, Andrew is the founder and co-principal of Brain Group.

Donald Brain, Co-Principal
Donald is an accountant by education and spent earlier points of his career at KPMG and an investment bank in Napa, CA, Global Wine Partners. Currently Donald is CEO of Handcrafted Wine and Spirits, an alcohol distributor.

Dan Martin, Co-Principal
Dan has been in real estate for the last seven years. With that time, comes a myriad of assets. He can walk into any property and see immediately what work would need to be done. Having worked as a General Contractor throughout the years, Dan has a great list of service providers and knowledge of how much that service would cost.
